Join NAMI Northern Lakes for two days of meaningful activities, peaceful reflection and connection at our beautiful new venue, Crescent Lake Bible Camp.
The retreat begins at 9 a.m. on October 3 and concludes at 3 p.m. on October 4.
Our special guest speaker, Belinda Morey, will present each day on:
-Breaking down the stigma and shame that often surround mental health, and letting go of the baggage we may carry because of those experiences.
-Recognizing that progress is progress, no matter how it looks from the outside. We’ll celebrate the “millimeter moments”—the small but meaningful steps forward that support our mental health and well-being.
