Women’s Support Group is a space for women, or anyone who identifies as such in a significant way, to share and offer support with peers living with a mental illness. This is not a therapy group, rather a place to be validated in your struggles and strengths, and to grow in your recovery journey with support from peer facilitators and in a compassionate structure. Ages 18+

At Women’s Support Group you will learn how to:

• Develop a positive and empowering relationship with yourself
• Find new ways to prioritize your mental health and well-being
